Foodscapes: A World Food Day Symposium

Join us to explore our foodscapes and the liveliness of the non-humans and humans that animate them. From questioning the mobilisation of ‘care’ in environmental and rights-based food discourses through to the role of fabricated food, we will spend the day exploring the key ethical issues shaping our contemporary and future foodscapes.

Topics include (but are not limited to): food waste, digital food networks, food in the Anthropocene, urban agriculture, human/more-than-human entanglements, GMOs and 3D food.
