The five-day workshop delves deep into the ecological and cultural dimensions of fungi, situated within the mushroom-loving land of Switzerland.
The workshop includes:
- Interactive fungus ecology & identification sessions
- Exciting field forays in the Swiss Jura forests with fungus experts (foray travel costs included)
- Visit to fungus exhibition,’Mykologismus’ (entry ticket included)
- Visit to mushroom inspectors
- Visit to the mushroom stalls at the Farmers’ Market
- Lunches & refreshments
- Three course mushroom feast
- Mushroom film night
- Photographing fungi session
